Make & Receive Free Calls w/ Google Voice on iPhone

Here is a nice tool if you are always traveling. Expensive call rates are always a problem... Google developed the Google Voice for the iPhone which is still a mean of getting more audience. I wonder why the app is not  on the apple store?
